It does seem about right. I see prices like those on E39, E46, and E38 rotors. I don't know how much rear rotors are for an E36 M3 but I do know labor is abour 1.5 flat rate units per axle.
If a dealer labor rate is say $75 an hour then thats about $112 give or take worth of labor not counting tax, parts, other stuff like brake cleaner.

You can however just buy the parts and do the labor yourself.

This got me thinking, can the E46 M3 rotors fit the E36 M3? Maybe a caliper change or mounting bracket might be needed.
