The longer roof line on the 4 dr creates less lift and turbulance(there is more time for the air to settle out and create a steady flow over the car). The 2dr has a very brief roof line that causes more turbulence and has more of a wing affect(producing lift) than the longer roof of 4dr. The affect is probalbly nil for street use but in racing applications with lowered suspension and lots of high speeds it can be significant.I read this somewhere in a magazine following one of the series.
