you are going to need a friend for the rear what i did instead of pulling the drive axles like the book said i had a friend stand on the hub while i pulled out the spring and put the new one in. and on the front you are going to need a spring compressor to get the old spring off but not neccesary to reinstal new sports. or there are ghetto ways to get the spring off w/o a compressor. if you need that info just e-mail me. othere wise very straight foward and it is definately nice to have an impact wrench for the two front bolts that have locktight on them from the factory otherwise PAIN IN THE A$$. and try to use torque wrench to put everything back to spec also if needed e-mail me and i'll tell you the specs.
