I've got the same thing - seems to be right rear on quick bumps with a harsh transition - milder bumps don't cause it but a small abrupt bump will cause a tiny squeak from the right side.

M3 99 conv
I have a similar squeak, however, mine happens only over bumps (not too large) or corners (not too fast), appears to come from the front left or right dependent on bump. (Possible suspension, squeaky bushes??). Not brakes.
Haven't had it checked out yet, will do when I get the next scheduled service.
