I'm not trying to be intrusive into your purchase of an M3, because it's certainly an incredible car, but I did want to let you know that my 325i is for sale, with many mods that actually exceed the performance of the M3. It's a 92 325i/4, with an ERT supercharger, Active Autowerke exhaust & Gauges & E-brake, 17" IFG A5 wheels with pirelli rubber, Dinan Throttle body, Bilstein sport shocks, eibach sway bars, H&R springs, ellipsoid headlights, clear corners, M3 body kit, UUC Shortshifter w/ AL robknob, x-brace, and a new $4k black paint job. Puts out 283 hp on the dyno, and has been nothing if not reliable. Over $12k in mods, and in excellent condition. I'm asking $18,500. It may be worth a look for those considering an M3. Also included are all original parts.

Hi everyone. I have posted here before. I am getting very serious about buying an M3 by the end of the month so I wanted to ask you all a few questions. I am only looking at low mileage M3's. Currently found 2 with less than 45k miles and both are around $25k. One is avus blue the other silver. Both very yummy. Anyway, here are my questions.

1. What are the must have things. I know I should make sure I have the good waterpump and the tranny brace is a good bet (where should I get this?) but what other things should I assume I will be doing once I get the car. I am not interested in doing any performance mods as of yet. Maybe in a few months.

2. I have a sub amp and a JL Audio sub, can I wire this into the factory stereo?

Thanks guys! BTW, I am in San Diego if any of your are here and have a car forsale :) (like to keep my options open)

..hoping for an M3
