To achieve that nuetral handling with a very slight touch of oversteer the rear will need to always be set to full stiff. The front should be set to medium. The exact settings are dependent on which bars you choose (how many holes). The only exception would be the Dinan sway bars which are 22mm front and rear. So full soft, full stiff or medium front AND rear would be nuetral.
