Im don't know that the dealer will be able to give you a new card but they will be able to get you the code.

There may be a charge for this or they might handle it as a courtesy with no charge. If you bought the car from a BMW dealer you'll be able to handle the request over the phone since they "know" you are the owner. Otherwise, you will probably have to visit a BMW dealership and "prove" you are the owner.
