I'd recommend you go with soft/soft to start - get used to the handling change. The more body roll you dial out, the finer the line between traction and spinning becomes. Change to firm/firm a little later. On the firm settings, you don't get nearly as much 'warning' before the car breaks loose - it grips like mad, though! Soft/Soft is also a little kinder on your passengers...

Even soft/soft is a BIG difference over stock.
