I don't know what your front stage is setup like, but if your either using the factory locations for tweeter and mid or using the kickpanel for both tweeter and mid then you can easily afford to loose the rear fill. Your RF amp is just enough power in stereo mode if you run a "free-air" setup in this car using the factory rear speaker holes and assuming your woofers will do OK as freeair??? I have a very inefficient (aperiodic) 8 ohm setup playing thru my factory rear speaker holes and one of my amps cooked (so my entire system is running on one 400x4 (50x4 at 4ohms)...so my subs are a clean 25w per channel and it's loud enough.

BTW: I'm yanking my system tommorrow morning since the car is being trading in before Oct 15 on a new car (yes, I'm still #2 for an e46 M3 and I'm still getting it).

My website on geocities seems to have dissappered, but if I can revive/find it...I'll send the link so you can see the pics of how I mounted my woofers.
