High Speed Wax (archive)

Does anyone out there know about this high speed wax procedure? I have a 97 black M3 that has several nicks in the front and just some scratches overall. I don't want to damage the paint though. My friend just had it done to his Porsche and it looks great. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
