First off, DO NOT CUT your deck. The wavelength of sub-bass frequencies are long enough so that you don't need to vent your trunk into the passenger compartment in order to get sound. Plus if you do cut the rear deck you will increase the chances of introducing increased road and exhaust noises into the cabin. What you need to do is amplify those sub-bass frequencies adequetly. Which brings me to your chosen amplifier. You need way more power than 100W to push 2-10" anythings. I would at least apply the RMS rated power to each sub. As for rear fill, that's personal preference. I like a good solid frontstage with rear "fill." Keep the 4T and just unhook the tweeter. If you have any questions email me and I'll try to help.

I absolutely agree that you should not cut your deck. These are just too nice of cars to risk messing them up. On the otherhand I disagree that you can achieve good sound with subs in the trunk.

I put 2 sealed 10's in the trunk driven by 200W and found the bass muffled. The SQ improved dramatically when the seats were lowered.

I ended up with the stealthboxes and a subsonic filter to help me get a bit more volume out of them. Despite being a recovering bass junkie I am quite happy with the JL stealthboxes.
