Bet you could use a small triangular modeler's file, or similar non-powered grinding tool. Does seem this would be easier. I also expect you could drill the three holes in the headlamp housing and use self-tapping screws instead of using the tapping tool and Allen-headed bolt. I, too, plan on doing this at some point...does anyone know if you could do this to the Euro ellipsoid housing, just out of curiosity? Maybe we can get a GP on Ford ballast/lamp sets?!
