I was caught speeding and I was cited for "misdamenor" because the cop said i was racing another car. I now have to show up to court next month. What is the penalty for thsi kind of thing? Am i going to lose my license or get suspenison? Should I get a lwayer? Please help!

Any time you get a "must appear", get a lawyer. It's been a while, but a couple of years ago a good friend of mine got a ticket for racing. He ended up paying almost double for insurance when the ticket finally made it on his record.

This is a ticket well worth fighting to the death. Pay the money now for a good lawyer or you will pay more for insurance later.
