Stoner tire gloss or 2001. >>>>>> (archive)

I used to use Armor All tire foam but I read somewhere that it contains silicon, and silicon is not good for tires. In addition I hear a lot of people don't like it. Someone told me to use Black Magic, but I don't know if its any good. What do you guys think? Whats best for tires?

They say silicone cracks tires, but it would have
to be YEARS of constant use to see these results.
We get rid of M3 tires almost every year or so.
But Armor-all tire products have been voted some
of the worse stuff to use, but since they came out
first, some people actually think it's the best. It's not. The K-Mart crowd lives for the stuff.
It's really a bad watered down product, and you can get better stuff for a lot less. Stoner is good stuff (stoner.com) and I like 2001 for the ultimate shine. Nothing is shinier than that stuff, but you have to spray it on, then let it
'set' for a while, preferable overnight. When you
get up, you'll have a nice sheen on the tires that
can't be beat. Of course, Meguires Endurance is
also good and last a long time. Try 'em all. I like Stoner so much, I bought a case!
