There's a few pieces to look out for...

1. More grundge on your drive belts
2. sorta exposed radiator sensor (bottom of radiator)

3. less efficient airflow to radiator as the air current under the car creates this, what do you call it, vortex?,...the old underpanel kept air channeled directly into the mouth and into the radiator.
