I have had some similar experiences with the Metalmaster pads. I not only completely scarred but also warped my floating Euro rotors with them. I found the same extra dust, bad cold performance and lots of noise too. I have read so much good stuff about these pads I thought I must of had a bum set or something. I was about to try the EBC greenstuff pads but due to your warning I think I'll steer clear of those. I would love to know what you think of the latest set of rotex pads after a few hundred miles and some hard, but non track driving. I am thinking of just going back to stock pads.
