It may look the same, but I'm pretty sure that it does not have the M3 powerplant, or the suspension that has made the E36 M3 so famous.

I'd take a peek under the hood of the car, and if there's no M power insignia or logo there, you're looking at a 325 with a body kit.

Seth is unaware of the 150 TRUE M technics that were sold in the US. They cost $35k new, the option was $3000. One just sold locally and included the original window sticker. They are THE car to have for SCCA GS Solo2 competition.
ALL had the "lightweight" suede and cloth interiors and all (in the US) were white.
