I am looking for an HID kit that is legal, (Has ballasts and levelers, etc.) and just overall actually works....How much do REAL GENUINE kits run for an M3, and how much is it to have it PROFESSIONALLY installed?

(How much is it to do a REAL conversion, start to finish)
