330Ci is very nice car and the speed is similar to ///M3 I raced with my friends 330ci and I didn't beat him that much, quality of the car is well better than E36 cos I compare with my old E46 323i 4dr and found out less problems from E46, but if you talking about handling and looks ///M3 all the way... you have to drive both to experience with it.
