The UUC is supposed to be louder than the Borla. I just installed the Borla on my 95 M3 and did it with jack stands in about 2 hours. Probably would have taken less than a half hour with a lift, but I wanted to save the probably $75 to have someone install it for me. I got it from Turner for $549. The only complaint so far is that it is real close to a cross member and vibrates against this at certain times, but I have a broken muffler bracket that I haven't fixed so I don't know if that will help. I love the sound and look and am satisfied with it.
