Lexus stuck to me like glue upto 200kph! (archive)

I was driving my Dad's '97 3.2L M3 EVO on the motorway this morning when I noticed I was being tailgated by some kind of Lexus. Anyway, I floored it and for a disconcerting number of seconds this car kept up with me as I increased speed to around 200km/h (124mph), when I let up because of heavy traffic. This car was right on my tail all the way and I was really slamming through the gears. When it passed me I saw it was a Japanese grey market import and only had the words Alteeza or something like that on the back. In Japan the Lexus brand isn't used and Lexus cars all have a name like Toyota Soarer for the SC400 and Windom for the GS300. This car looked like an IS300 or similar. If this car was stock, Toyota must make one arse kicking machine.
