>What's the best way to reduce body roll?: strut tower brace, bigger sway bars, stiffer/lowered performance suspension. I really do not want a stiffer ride and I'm concerned if the right sway bars aren't used the handling could be upset.

You know, that's a REALLY TOUGH compromise!

On the one hand you need a decent ride as I assume this car isn't competing at the next GT-Class Race. But on the other, you're a car guy who likes the feel of the g's hitting turns hard.

My ideas-

Sport shocks-lowers the car for less lean in turns, but somewhat stiffer ride.

Adjustable shocks-firmer setting for crazy driving. Softer setting when you need to cart mom around town or LONG trips.

I could go either way on sways as they are optimized for track driving, as in no bumps or rough road. (For example, on a hard turn on the track, the sways will help keep the wheels on the ground. ON the street, the same type of turn, the sway will make your car go skiddish.) I can't go into the physics of it all, but it's along the lines of transferring stress from one wheel to another. Tracks provide stress somewhat progressively. The street don't.

Overall, a simple spring and shock upgrade should do the trick as far as the lean thing. As far as grip, nothing beats good tires.

I drive the commute and around town thing in my 96 Luxo. I got the Sport Bilstein Shocks and HR Sport Springs. The car handles great, albeit it does ride pretty rough in the back.

Good Luck.
