If you read my post, I didn't say the M3 walked on an SS, just that I slowly inched ahead of him and his passenger. This SS was an older car, I think the 305 rated car, not the current 320 or so. Like the documented Cobra problem, maybe this too was an optimistic rating.

And maybe he underestimate the M3, or grabbed the wrong gear.
