Weatherford in Berkeley has a 4 week waiting list for a loaner 323. Of course you can always rent something from Budget (conveniently located right in the service area) but its a Chevy Cavalier -must be the worst car in history...

I took my 99 m3 to a dealer to fix my fuel gage light problem. It would light up as empty when my tank just got filled. Not register that I just got gas then it would go to full and then back to empty. Took it to the dealer and they said they replaced the fuel sending unit. The same day I got it back, went and got gas and it is still doing the same thing. Now, when I go back to dealer about this, am I entitled to a free rent a car, or even a bmw loaner car until its fix right.
