Mine was hit RR and the damage didn't really look that bad. It was a glancing impact (I was stopped at a light and she lost her brakes. She *almost* missed me going about 20-30mph).

Had to replace RR 1/4 panel, trunk, rear valance panel and rear bumper. Also had to have the unibody pulled & straightend since everything was pushed to the left about 1/8". Entire rear of the car had to be repainted and blended (I actually had the whole car repainted).

Ins Co paid about 5800 and I paid another 1200 for the complete paint job. Total cost: about $7k

If I were you, I'd knock of at least this much for the repair, plus another 2k for additional devaluation just because it's been hit.

I spotted a beautiful black 1995 m3 at an insurance auction. The car was hit in the right rear. I will need to replace rear bumper, trunk door, and right rear panel. Where is the best place to find parts? Until I can guestimate the price for parts, I won't know how much to bid at auction. Thanks for any advice.
