If your 95 M3 is stock, you have the same horsepower as the 3.2 engine, but LESS low end torque which at 50 in 5th gear would be noticeable, plus I am pretty sure 95's have taller gearing in the differential(rear end)than later models, i.e. 96 and later.
All,
C lists 50-70 in top gear as 7.3 seconds. Does anyone know how this time is measured?
I measured my car's (95 M3) 50-70 mph in 5th gear by letting the car idle down to 50 mph in 5th, then flooring the gas pedal and I got 9.2 seconds.
The funny part is that my car dynoed at 214 rear wheel HP two months ago, so I know it is working fine.
Am I doing this test the wrong way?
Can someone else tests their the same way and email me or post the results?
Thanks
