Try going to 1st gear first before reverse. Also, you may want to think about changing the transmission fluid to Red Line's D4 ATF. Doing so will really get rid of the cold weather stiffness that everyone is affected with during colder temperatures.

Every morning since it has been cold I go to put my 99m3 into reverse and when I do, it grinds into reverse. I am not sure why I know my clutch is in all the way in. I always have to start in reverse cause I park in a garage.

Any suggestions will be appreciated
