Factory Warranty still expires in 48 months from in service date. That is probably about only a couple of months left, or none.

Still sounds like a good deal, but check ALL service records. Service Warranty ends after 36 k miles, so it's probably ready for a service under warranty.

Where did you find it advertised and what city, state are you in ?
