Well.. the M3 is also a good commuter car, depending if you mod it or not. Gas mileage you can work with, if u have a on-board computer u will see that the faster u go the better the mileage until about 80 mph ..just get a V1 or something =) I get nervous when i park in a bad neighborhood, but parking is plentiful in texas, so i just park it waaaaaaay out.
