I agree the system needs to be flushed more often. Every 6 months or so according to others in the know.

re: the soft pedal, I just find it hard to believe that I can get the brakes that hot in the time it takes for my tires to come up to temp. It was only 60F or so that weekend, so the brakes should have been cooled fairly well, although Laguna Seca is a bit tough on brakes (braking from 110-ish to 45 downhill for turn 2)

If I managed to get air in the ABS/TCS box, how would I get that out?



The flush pattern is fine.

Isn't the Motul 600 DOT 5.1? I have that too in my M3 but I heard it should be flush out of the brake hydraulic system alot more frequently than DOT 4 types.

I would just say that your brakes are just getting way too hot.
