How does "Black Emerald" look compared to Cosmos? (archive)

My father-in-law took delivery of his new X5 at the BMW plant in Greenville, SC. In doing this, he and I were treated like kings at the facility (Hotel, lunch, dinner etc). We participated in all they had to offer there including an agility test of the X5 and a tour of the plant. While at the plant I got to "touch" a very slick Black Emerald (this color only avail. in Europe) E46 M3. I was not allowed to get in it but checked it out as thoroughly as possible. I have some pics I will post when I get back from Christmas vacation in Germany (Woo-Hoo)... Please post any questions if any.
