I have decided to sell the E46 and forego the M5 V8 transplant because my total investment in this car is approaching $60,000 (which is insane). I will convert the car back to stock and get an M5 instead (try to twin turbo it).

The 3.2L with s/c and aftercooler is already sold. Here are some other parts for sale that will fit an E36:
