Your dealer is charging the mark-up, not BMW (neither BMW NA or BMW AG). I'm sure BMW would love to be delivering cars, they aren't making a cent(or mark)on the cars until they deliver the cars, then they get whatever the cost is... not the additional mark-up.

good demand for the car..Stupid people like me are willing to pay over 10 grand over sticker for a such car..Over here in houston the car has a 2 year waiting list in 3 dealerships in houston...So i am thinking this is a marketing strategy by bmw..
