Need Help removing the rear deck panel....(M) (archive)

I am putting sound deadening material on my rear deck (metal part) and I need help with the correct way to remove the rear deck panel (cardboard or other filmsy material).

I have a M3/2 and there seems to be four plastic clips that are visible when the rear seats are folded down. How do I remove these without breaking them? Is the panel held down anywhere else? Thanks in advance!
