Help....problem when shifting into reverse (archive)

Hi all,
I recently have been grinding my reverse gear once awhile since i changed my transmission fluid. This has happened about 3-4 times in the past 5 days. I have only had this prob with reverse and no other gears. I have a clutch stop on the car. Is it possible that this is happening b/c there is not enough MTL? or because i'm simply not disengaing the clutch enough? Also, does anyone know if there is a diff between using redline MTL and ATF? thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.
