If you have an OBD2 3.2, I would upgrade to Dinan's stage 5 software and add an Extrude Honed Schrick intake manifold. The car will breath MUCH better and it is perfect for cams.

As for the heads you should check this out http://www.bekkers.com/details.php3?HighPerformanceCylinderHead It comes with cams and a few other goodies. I'm considering this as my next mod. Power with this and the mods you have plus the stage 5 should be about 315+hp.
If you have the 3.0 then with the Bekkers head kit and what you have, power should be around the same, with probably a little more in the top end.
