guilty. Period. Deferred Adjudiction is if you don't get a ticket for 90 days, they'll drop the charge... but that's not very common. I'd say just take traffic school if you can, but ask for a trial, and if the cop shows, plead guilty and ask for school. Email me if you need more info, I just dealt with this.
