ok, you're 3 miles away from reckless driving and in a BMW, that's waht the judge will see. I'd go to court and hope the case is dismissed.

I'm not sure but ou might be able to ask the cop if he can reccomend the suspension of the ticket if you agree to take the class.

it sucks but better then marks against you.
