Will Cross Spoke model 42's in 16x7 fit 97 M3? (archive)

Does anyone have experience using 16" factory wheels for snow use on a 97 M3. It is my understanding that caliper clearance is a hindrance for 16" wheels. I have a lead on a set of model 42 cross spokes and need to know if they will work before I commit. Thanks
