Well redline in the first two gears is 6800rpm

and in the rest 6500rpm.

If you want max accel you need to shift right before redline in each gear. (if you chip to 7K you can shift earlier(ie before redline))

What do you mean by safest red line? The rev limiter is there to ensure you don't fry the engine...for the love of God though just put it in the correct gear.
