I bought some oil from a retailer going out of business and when I opened it the oil had some type of participate developing inside. I talked to the rep over the phone and they said they would love to see what had developed inside the bottle and they would send me replacements no problem. I sent the bottle back to redline and they told me the oil was too old, but before saying that the guy says the oil doesn't really have a shelf life. I asked them for a replacement but they turned me down, instead they offered me a fifty cent discount on up to TWELVE bottles only. whoopeee! I even lost more money by sending it back to them for their own analysis. I don't support companies that don't even back their own products.

I bought some of their oil also, I poured it in my
engine and at the bottom of the container I saw
the particulates, or black, grainy particles
on the bottom. I called them and they said it was
normal. I didn't think so, so I switched to Mobil
One, which is pure and clean in comparison. Redline only makes good tranny stuff, not to say the oil is not good, but for the price Mobil One
is the way to go.
