this happens when you dump the clutch which will cause a brutal force on the differential making it shift and breaking the small bolt. In your case it is the power you are running with a stock tranny. The tranny wasn't designed for that power. This bolt is there for a reason which it is to break the bolt instead of other more serious part. If you just reinforce that bolt in a way then something else would break. I think you should consider contacting Gene Liu or Tampa Turbo on this subject and their cars are using reinforced differentials. I believe tampaturbo also twisted his driveshaft.
