First make sure you've located the correct chip. If it is indeed the right one and it's soldered just use a fine tip soldering iron to swap out the OEM chip and solder in your aftermarket chip. Make sure the heat on the soldering iron is set at 700 degrees or less or you may lift the traces on the PCB. Be quick and be neat...
