The air filter is changed at Inspection II, not Inspection I (that info is in your owner's manual). (And Jon, you should know better than to doubt the person who worked on your car.)

I just had my car in for inspection 1 and it clocked in with 18,000 miles. I found out they didnt even change the air filter, I thought this was supposed to be replaced? Thanks in advance
