They're priced a little higher than average but there's the covenience factor. That's where I got my Snell 95 for a driving school this past fall.

I forget what it cost but I think it was about $125 or so. Make sure you get a Snell 95 or better (I think the '00 is coming out soon). Also seriously consider an "open face" helmet, b/c the motorcycle type, fully closed ones can be distracting.
