What do you primarily use the car for? If you do a lot of driving schools/Autocross you might want to look at euro floaters with some PAGID or Performance Friction pads. Also make sure your brakes are freshly bled prior to events. The Euro rotors arent going to help you stop faster but decrease rotor temperature, hence less fade.

If you go with the big brake kit you will be looking at a lot of money to change the pads, I just can't see spending thousands and thousands on a big brake kit when my car has a GREAT brake setup from the factory.

My opinion at least...
