One thing you can do is, I've found that if you have a jack that will lift fairly high, just put it at the rear side jack point and start lifting. The rear wheel will come off the ground but if you keep jacking, the front will also. This way you can change the car one side at a time. This worked on my 325i as well as several M3s that I learned the trick from the last time I was at the track.
