what year is your m3? and why did you decide to switch to a lightweight flywheel? not happy with the pulley? or think you would be happier with the flywheel?

not sure about what cams to get, but if you have a 95 m3, then goto turner. they have a great cam setup, that along with the euro hfm, give close to 300hp if not more. if you have a 96+, i really don't know.

as for the flywheel, go with active autowerke. besy quality product and overcomes some of the problems that affect other flywheels. less vibration, no stalling, secured pins. will reduce your 1/4 mile time by roughly 1/2 sec.
