Yes you can do but will need wheels w/ right offset - 41mm offset factory rears work fine on most cars but have seen some slight rubbing on the drivers side strut on some cars. No loss of perf w/ better turn in & lots less understeer. You may get an increase in tram lining - following grooves etc in road but upgrade is well worth it. Stick w/ 245/40 - 245/45 is way too tall & will rub.
