As far as cheap bolt on stuff goes for the OBDII, there really isn't anything out there. Exhaust and cold air intakes do help, but I feel that they are WAAAY too expensive for the gain. I put a strut brace on my '97, and I think that the steering feel that I gained was incredible. Other than that, I only did some cosmetic stuff.

Software for OBDII is a joke, and Cold air isn't worth it in my mind. The biggest gains come from intake manifolds like the BMP one. Also headers and exhaust. But keep in mind, every mod brings with it unforseen problems, and just another number to call to fix them.
